When you feel your shit is still in your butt, try to relax your body, so that you can have all the shit 'hidding' in your butt to come out faster and eaiser.

Why???

If you relax, your butt muscle will not tense up and hold your shit back, but will release them as much and as fast as possible. Only when you relax, then you have the ability to change an unfavourable situation to favourable.

If you force your shit to drop down by tensing your muscle, your shit will drop also but there is still some shit stucking in your butt.
